This is a bug fix of v1.19.
FIXED PROBLEMS of Subio Platform v1.19.4832.
- Subio Platform shuts down when you select regions successively.
- You can not move objects by drag & drop in Series Panel.

- Subio Platform sometimes shuts down when the cutoff is blank in Low Signal Cutoff tool.
