We released v1.19.4875. We implemented small improvements for better usability, which were requested from users who wants to analyze DNA methylation data.
IMPROVEMENTS in Subio Platform v1.19.4875.
- Subio Platform accepts WIG format files.
- Subio Platform doesn't store original data files unless they're text files.
- You can convert to absolute values in Import Options 3.
- More obvious appearance of sort buttons on edit panels.
