We released Subio Platform v1.18.4625. Please enjoy the new visuals.
We revised "Import Sample Wizard" to improve usablity. You can more intuitively handle experimental data files in a variety of formats. And it recognizes European style of number format. It becomes more friendly to European users.
Subrium is a repository of multi-omics data sets, and it works well with Subio Platform. "Create SOFT File" tools is available to all users. You can upload the SOFT file to Subrium to overview with other data sets.

- "Genes Tied in Parameter" tool is added. You can extract genes correlated/anti-correlated to a numeric parameter like time, dose, stage, etc.
IMPROVEMENTS of Subio Platform v1.18
- "Import Samples" wizard is revised. Defining format becomse more intuitive.
- It accepts a file of tab-delimited table without title row.
- It accepts BED or GFF files with data rows starting from 2nd or later.
- You can filter measuremensts by relative location of genomic elements on importing samples on an existing platform, too.
- You can double-click on a node of measurement tree to zoom-in.
- In "Setup Series" tab, histogram and box plat are overlayed to grasp distributions at a glance.
- Opening/Closing "Plug-ins" drawing-tab moves fast.
- You can change the size of "Merge Platforms" window to display long names.

FIXED PROBLEMS of Subio Platform v1.18
- On deleting colums in "Edit Parameter" window, it deletes unexpected columns in a specific operation sequnence.
- Subio Platform shuts down on creating a Tree object, if the related DataSet object is removed during the calculation.
