We implemented some features requested by users, and fixed bugs causing Subio Platform's crash.
IMPROVEMENTS in Subio Platform v1.16
- You can select a normalization to apply on creating a series.
- Saving pathway image always generates the entire figure in original size.
- Scale options are saved for linear and log respectively.
CHANGES in Subio Platform v1.16
- No normalization is applied by default.
- A new normalization “Process of Log2 Data” is added as a default option.
FIXED PROBLEMS in Subio Platform v1.16
- Subio Platform crashes if you unload the series during clustering is running.
- Subio Platform crashes by clicking Save List button without setting measurement lists.
- Subio Platform crashes by clicking Look Up button after deleting a part of values in Edit Parameters window.
- Subio Platform sometimes crashes by double-clicking on pathway view or pathway edit tool.

- Subio Platform sometimes crashes by clicking Details button of Find miRNA Targets.
