Subio Platform v1.15.4276 is now available.
In this version, Genomic Analysis Plug-in is improved so that you can analyze correlations between regions, or between regions and measurements. It enables integrative analysis of ChIP, methylation, CGH, and gene expression.
NEW FUNCTIONS of Genomic Analysis Plug-in v1.15
- Find Correlated Regions: You can find correlated or anti-correlated entries of regions which are generated from other experiments in different technologies.
- Scatter Plot of Regions: Compare a region with another in overlapping/upstream/downstream.

- Annotate Measurements: It fills annotations from the loaded biological table on the basis of genomic location.
