Subio Platform v1.14.4199 is now available.
In this version, Find miRNA Targets tool in Annotation Analysis Plug-in is improved. And the process of Import Samples is revised to handle very large data, generated with new sequencing technologies, on a PC with limited resources. Also important bug fixes are included.
“Data Import and Analysis Guide” and KEGG Pathway Converter are also updated accordingly. Please update KEGG Pathway Converter if you use Annotation Analysis Plug-in as well as Subio Platform.

FIXED PROBLEMS of Subio Platform v1.14
- Scatter Plot (Samples) doesn't redraw by changing DataSets, when max and min of axes are specified.
- Spaces before and after IDs prevent matcheing IDs during import processes.
- Numbers of objects in the trash can are not correctly displayed in Data Manager.
- Subio Platform unexpectedly shuts down by removing samples which are failed to import from archive files.
FIXED PROBLEMS of Basic Plug-in v1.14
- Subio Platform unexpectedly shuts down when the "Do Normalize" button is pushed as the coefficient of the Transform Signals block remained empty.
