Subio Platform v1.11.3892 added genomic sequence analysis functions. "Find Region From Seq" and "Get Sequence" tool are added to the Genomic Analysis Plug-in. This is a significant progress for integrative analysis of mutli-omics data like ChIP-chip or ChIP-seq, CGH array, tiling array and so on.
