Subio Platform v1.10 has Pathway View, which visualizes gene expression patterns on pathway image. It helps interpreting statistical analysis in biological context. Although existing pathway objects can be imported/exported via .spw files without plug-ins, Pathway Edit Tool which is included in Annotation Analysis Plug-in is essential to create or modify pathway objects.

- Samples table has Format Info column to show how the data was imported.
- Import options (mean, median, sum) is selectable for on-chip replicates.

FIXED PROBLEMS of Subio Platform
- Plug-in activation process doesn’t work through proxy server.
- Subio Platform may unexpectedly shutdown when it tries to create a platform from a table which rows may contain different numbers of columns.
- Subio Platform may unexpectedly shutdown when it tries to create samples from empty data.
- Subio Platform may unexpectedly shutdown when multiple normalize blocks are added at a same time.
- Subio Platform may unexpectedly shutdown by web search of annotations table.
- Subio Platform may unexpectedly shutdown by clicking Save Graph Image button when upper panel is minimized.
- Lookup panel of Edit tools may not respond when it tries to match inappropriate column.
- Lookup panel of Edit tools may cause memory error when it tries to import a very large table.
- Input filed of #Overlaps tab in the Venn Diagram panel doesn’t have scroll bar.
IMPROVEMENTS and CHANGES in Basic Plug-in
- Import Log Ratio normalize block is selectable for 2 color data.
- Multiple flag values are managed well for on-chip replicates.
- Better graph representation in Find Similar Pattern.
- #Sample Groups and %Sample Groups are not selectable when a Sample Group is set.
