Subio Platform v1.9.3685 is now available. This is a bug-fixed version of v1.9.
IMPROVEMENTS in Subio Platform v1.9.3685
- To prevent inconvenience, current names are displayed in input field of Rename Platform and Rename Biological Tables.
- To prevent inconvenience, Name field of Setup DataSet tab is filled with the current name.
- To prevent miss-operation, Exprot and Copy Table buttons of Export Profile window are inactive when a folder is selected.
- To prevent miss-operation, Seperate Groups option of the last parameter in Setup DataSet tab cannot be checked.
- To prevent confusion, A Platform or a Biological Table cannot be transferred to other Organism when there is a Platform or a Biological Table with the exactly same name.
FIXED PROBLEMS in Subio Platform v1.9.3685
- An soa or ssa file may not be imported into Subio Platform.
- Importing Biological Table may not be completed.
- Numeric columns are sorted alphabetically in Edit Platform or Edit Biological Table.
- Import Samples button is inactive when there is no Platform.
- Subio Platform may shuts down when a SOFT file which name ends with "[]" is imported.
- Tree objects in Series Panel may not be moved under a folder.
- Selected Measurements may not be displayed correctly in Histogram of Setup Series tab.
- Scatter Plot of Samples may not draw correctly when PCs from different Measurement List are set on X and Y axes.
- - Tree View icon of Analysis Browser toolbar is different from that of manuals.
