Subio Platform v1.9.3613 is now available. This is a bug-fixed version of v1.9.
Changes in Subio Platform v1.9.3613:
- "Sample Export" generates a zip file containing original files, not GSM formatted files.
- Items under Help menu are revised.
- Genome View can show not only Processed Signal and Ch1 Raw Signal, but also other signal values.
- Backup option in the Merge Platform wizard is removed.
- Standard file chooser of Mac OS X is displayed.
- Normalize Blocks and their categories are immobilized to drag & drop.
Fixed Problems in Subio Platform:
- Name fields accepts tab when a string is pasted and may cause problems.
- GZ files can wrongly be accepted in the New Biological Table or Import Region.
- Column titles of Biological Tables and Regions can be empty.
- Table in the Setup Series tab may not be correct when it’s sorted by a column value and Normalization is modified.
- Subio Platform unexpectedly shuts down if it fails to export files.
- Subio Platform unexpectedly shuts down when you create a DataSet with the same name of existing folder.
- Subio Platform unexpectedly shuts down when you remove a folder which contains an unloaded Tree objects.
- Trash Can may not promptly display removed items when they are in a folder.
- Slider bar under the Line Graph may not match to the color blocks.
- You can’t select entries of the newly added Region on the Genome View.
- Bar Graph of Region may not display correctly.
- Title rows of the Edit Parameter table are sometimes collapsed.
- You sometimes can’t paste table from Excel (Mac only)
Fixed Problems in Basic Plug-in:
- Subio Platform unexpectedly shuts down by running PCA with a dataset containing lots of data lacks.
- Subio Platform unexpectedly shuts down by calculating Mann-Whitney U-test in the Compare Two Groups with a dataset containing lots of data lacks.
